The Law Library of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania was established by the Court in 1970 and was dedicated to Philadelphia Common Pleas Court past-President Judge Alex Bonavitacola in 2001.

The Law Library is located in Room 600 in Philadelphia's City Hall. Operating hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The Library is open to the public for reference.
